We provide a wide range of glass products tailored to diverse industry needs, including food and beverage packaging glass (bottles for wine, juice, condiments), cosmetic packaging glass (frosted, colored, or shaped bottles), medical-grade glass containers, and custom decorative glass items. Our products cover various specifications in capacity, shape, and mouth design to meet different application scenarios.
2. Do you accept custom glass product orders?
Yes, we support full customization based on your specific requirements. You can customize glass material, size, thickness, shape, color, and surface treatments such as silk-screen printing, hot stamping, or frosting. To get an accurate quote, please provide detailed information including CAD drawings, PDF specifications, logo design, and usage scenarios when consulting.
3. What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
The lead time for bulk production is typically 10-15 working days for standard products. For complex customized orders or large quantities, the production cycle may extend to 20-30 working days, which will be clearly agreed upon in the contract. We will promptly update you on production progress and notify you of shipment information once production is completed.
4. What quality standards do your products comply with?
All our glass products adhere to national quality standards (such as GB11614-2012) and relevant industry technical requirements. We implement strict quality control throughout the production process, including raw material inspection, in-process testing, and final product inspection—focusing on dimensions (tolerance ±2mm for height/diameter), appearance (no obvious scratches, black spots, or bubbles), thermal stability, and sealing performance. Qualified products will be accompanied by corresponding quality certificates and inspection reports upon request.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We support various secure payment methods to meet different transaction needs, including bank transfer, online payment platforms, and letter of credit (L/C) for international orders. The specific payment terms (such as advance payment ratio and final payment deadline) will be specified in the transaction contract. After receiving full payment, we will arrange production and shipment promptly and issue legal invoices based on the actual transaction amount.
